Please plan to arrive at the Crescent Hotel by 3:00 PM CT on Friday, 1/30. Note that the hotel is 40 minutes from the airport. 

For departures, please plan flights for no earlier than 2:00 PM CT on Sunday, February 1.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the primary airport and the most convenient option for most attendees.

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is a secondary airport that may offer additional flight options depending on your departure city.

Daytime sessions are professional casual: nice jeans, khakis, pants, button-downs, polos, blouses—whatever keeps you comfortable and conference-ready. Dresses or elevated casual looks are perfect for the ladies. For evening events, feel free to turn up the Western flair. Think dressy denim, boots, blazers, dresses, or anything with a polished cowboy/cowgirl twist. Jackets and ties are totally optional—just aim for stylish, relaxed, and Fort Worth-fun.
